I got the pad Thai with tofu, the food is solid and customizable. For a fast casual the service was stellar. But it doesn't feel like a good deal. I hope this place sticks around to see some success.

Member of our food group NWA suggested a new place for lunch today. Turned out it was a good suggestion. Didn’t know what to expect from a place that serves the food in a paper bowl. Went with one of my favorites chicken drunken noodle. It was good. Fresh veggies and nice textured noodles. One of my favorites were the different teas they had including hibiscus. I would go back.

Food: I had the Bangkok Street Rice, which was a burst of rich, umaminess sitting atop a bed of soft white rice. Solid dish, but would have preferred it to be easier on the salt. On the other hand, my partner had the Lemongrass Ginger Stir Fry. It had a brighter, zesty flavor and was just as good. Service: Excellent! Ordered through a kiosk, which was a pretty straightforward experience, and the person at the front was helpful with understanding how to make modifications. While not a traditional sit-down, another person was kind enough to walk around, refilling people’s water cups and checking in on them. Ambiance: Casual, modern, traditional. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

Brya Zan Thai Noodle has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in the Plano area. We’ve ordered takeout multiple times, and every single order has been consistently fresh, hot, and made to order. Even after the drive home, the food is still warm and full of flavor. The dishes have bold, authentic Thai flavors that really stand out, and you can tell they put care into every meal they prepare. The quality has been excellent every time we’ve visited. They also have delicious soft serve ice cream that’s the perfect way to finish your meal. Tony and the entire team provide outstanding customer service. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions or recommendations, making every experience enjoyable. The restaurant itself is incredibly clean and has a unique, modern atmosphere that sets it apart from other Thai restaurants in the area. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food with amazing flavors, excellent service, and a great dining experience, I highly recommend Brya Zan Thai Noodle. It’s easily one of the best newer restaurants around Plano, and the tasty soft serve is an added bonus that keeps us coming back!

Brya Zan has excellent Thai food! The selections are great. The drunken noodles were particularly delicious. The atmosphere is also wonderful. Lively but also laid back. The service is great. You walk up to order but they still circle tables regularly to give water refills, provide lids, etc. Great value for the price as well. Would definitely recommend!
